Bag filters are used in continuous process industries to eliminate air pollution. These act as fine dust filters for varied application.

With on line or off line cleaning system the out emission is well below 25Mg/Nm³.For high temperature application special material for bags are used. Robust and heavy duty construction is provided as most of these bag filters are installed outdoors working continuously

Low compressed air consumption and low pressure drop across the bag filter reduces the power consumption of complete pollution control system. The bag holding plate or tube sheet is laser cut for precision fitting of snap band fixing of bags. Cages and venture are provided for shape retention and efficient cleaning of pulse jet bag filters.

The dusts collected in the hoppers are cleared using rotary air valve, screw conveyor or slide gates.

Air cannons are provided additionally for special application’s to aid and enhance dust removal from filter bags.

In off line cleaning system, one chamber is isolated with gas tight damper and each row is sequentially cleaned to remove fluffy dust.
